How does my hospital get created after payment?+
Enter your hospital name, address, workspace slug, phone and country at checkout. When your subscription becomes active, HospitalMS automatically provisions your workspace at hm.bajhi.com. You can also trigger setup manually from the account dashboard on this page if provisioning needs a retry.
Can patients book appointments from our hospital's website?+
Yes. The public hospital website has an online booking form that reflects each doctor's real availability schedule. Patients only see time slots that actually exist. You can enable or disable online requests from hospital settings.
How do Basic, Lite, Pro and Ultra plans differ?+
All plans use the same HospitalMS platform. The tier determines which modules are unlocked and capacity limits (patient count, staff count, storage). Basic covers core operations; Lite adds lab and pharmacy; Pro adds DICOM, telemedicine, wards and AI tools; Ultra removes all limits and adds reseller licensing.
Can we connect our existing lab analyzers and imaging devices?+
Yes. HospitalMS Pro and Ultra include full bi-directional integration with laboratory analyzers via HL7/ASTM protocols, and imaging devices via DICOM 3.0 (MWL, STOW-RS). Works with Siemens, GE, Philips, Roche, Abbott, Sysmex, Beckman and other major manufacturers. Also middleware-compatible for legacy equipment.
Do the AI tools replace clinical staff?+
No. AI tools assist with drafts, summaries, drug interaction checks, image analysis, risk assessment and scheduling insights. Every AI output must be reviewed and approved by qualified staff. Clinical decisions always stay with your healthcare professionals.
Is the patient data stored securely?+
HospitalMS uses HMAC-SHA256 signed SSO tokens, single-use nonces that expire in 5 minutes, and enforces unique subscription IDs. The architecture is designed to be HIPAA-ready. Your data stays on the HospitalMS server environment — you control access through your admin panel.
